Role Outline

As our Neurodiversity team continues to grow, we are recruiting for an ambitious and self-motivated Assistant Psychologist / Workplace Needs Assessor to join us, who is passionate about supporting our clients in their journeys.

This is a full time position, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Part time can be considered with a minimum of three days per week (22.5 hours) being required.

The role is homebased although some travel may be required occasionally throughout the UK.

 

What you'll be doing:

•    Understanding client concerns and identified barriers 
•    Demonstrate extensive knowledge of assistive technologies, specialist equipment and products that may be useful for the client that links closely to their specific job requirements 
•    Deliver training and/or coaching which will support the individual within the workplace in field of expertise
•    Collating and compiling competent reports that are fit for purpose
•    Deliver face to face or virtual assessments 
•    Meet SLAs by completely highly accurate reports within the agreed timescales
•    Working holistically with other professionals (e.g. physiotherapy, doctors, nurses) 
•    Maintain high client satisfaction levels 
•    Positively contributing to the team’s contracted KPI targets

We are offering a competitive salary for this position up to £36,000 FTE, depending on qualifications and experience.
