Role Outline

Health Partners is one of the UK’s leading providers of occupational health and wellbeing solutions, we work with organisations across a wide range of industries to support the physical and mental health of their employees.

We are recruiting for a Senior Software Developer which is a pivotal role designed for a experienced, product-focused developer. You will have the unique opportunity to develop our Greenfield Platform, employing state-of-the-art .Net technology, contemporary JavaScript frameworks, and SQL Server. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on architectural design, enjoys mentoring others, and engages confidently with non-technical stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to work on and develop our legacy system.

Key Responsibilities

•    Work with our Technical Architect to help steer the design and development of our cutting-edge Gateway Platform.
•    Implement best practices and design patterns to create robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
•    Mentor talented developers, guiding them through the delivery process with your expertise.
•    Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and our Product and Delivery teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
•    Play a vital role in the product development lifecycle, ensuring a seamless user experience and outstanding product.

What we are looking for

•    Proven experience in .Net development, with a history of working across different companies and projects.
•    A strong grasp of software architecture and a deep understanding of design patterns and development best practices.
•    Proficiency with at least one major JavaScript framework (Angular, React, Vue, Svelte) and core web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
•    Experience in leading or mentoring developers, with a talent for nurturing growth and fostering a collaborative environment.
•    A product-centric approach with exceptional ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders.

Hours

This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours a day - Monday to Friday.

Salary

The salary for this position is up to £80k depending on experience and qualifications
