Role Outline

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Resource Planner to join our Mobile Units team. Working as part of the central functions team you will be used to working in a fast paced, agile environment.

As a Resource Planner, you will be an integral part of a team to coordinate escalated cases returned by our screening staffs including liaising with our case management and clinical teams and updating records in accordance with the escalation outcome and scheduling of any actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working within a team to identify and plan efficient service delivery on a national scale, ensuring site visits and schedules are planned to optimal utilisation, in turn ensuring best value to our customer’s needs
  • Allocation of resources (People and Equipment) within our team scheduling portal
  • Supporting our customers via phone and email – planning site visits and preparation of visit schedules for our customers completion.
  • Liaising with customer coordinators and their employees, monitoring the completion of schedules and escalating where those are not filling to expected levels.
  • Collation of information for handover to our national screening staff
  • Compilation of regular attendance & activity reports to meet client requirements
  • Assisting with raising monthly invoice requisitions

What we are looking for

To be considered for this role, you must have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, alongside excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in your work. Strong teamwork skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate well with others. Proficiency in IT, including the use of database systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and some familiarity with Excel, is required. Additionally, strong verbal and written communication skills are important to interact professionally with colleagues and customers. The role also demands someone with initiative and a proactive approach, who is willing to take an active role in their own development. Previous experience in customer service is essential, as is the ability to provide a high level of support and ensure customer satisfaction. 

Hours

The role is full-time 37.5 hours per week, 7.5hours per day, where you will be expected to work during the core hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Location

In this role you will be working from home. You must ensure you have space to work from home and a strong internet connection.

Salary

The salary for this role is set at £24,000K per annum.
