Role Outline

We are currently recruiting a Product Manager to play a crucial role in shaping the company's product strategy and driving development of innovative solutions. Your mission will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products that meet  customer needs, drive business growth and enhance the well-being of workers around the UK.

 

Reporting into the Product Director you will define and communicate a clear and compelling product vision that is aligned with the companies mission and business objectives.  You will conduct market research, competitive analysis and user feedback to develop the product strategy. You will create and prioritise product roadmaps, feature backlogs and release plans, work closely with the design, engineering and QA teams to ensure timely product delivery.  You will define clear, concise product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria by gaining a deep understanding of user needs, understanding pain points and behaviours.

 

You will manage the entire product lifecycle form ideation to end of life decisions, through monitoring industry trends and technological advancements you will ensure we stay ahead of the market.

 

To be successful  in this role you will have previous experience using product management tools like Microsoft DevOps, JIRA or Linear and be familiar with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
