Role Outline

We are currently seeking a passionate Occupational Psychologist to join our rapidly growing and dynamic Neurodiversity team here at Health Partners Group, working alongside our varied team of specialists, from Workplace Needs Assessors, Assistant Psychologists, ADHD Specialists, and more.

 

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility between our core hours of 8am to 6pm. This is mainly a home-based role, with occasional travel to different client sites across the UK.

What you'll be doing:


As an Occupational Psychologist within our team, you will provide expertise in a highly specialist area, helping to create positive change in our clients' everyday work and home lives.

 

You will provide diagnostic assessments of clients and then interpret and integrate data from a variety of sources including clinical interview, self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect observations and semi-structured interviews with clients, standardised assessment, and on occasion if appropriate family members and others involved in the clients’ care.

 

Overall, you will be offering a tailored approach to meet individual clients' needs, also including coaching, training and appropriate recommendations including assistive technology. We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in a skilled and sensitive manner, regarding information concerning the assessment, formulation, and treatment plans of patients where necessary.



In addition, you will provide clinical leadership, in terms of best theory and practice for diagnosis in relevant neurodiverse conditions and provide clinical supervision to team members.



Qualifications

  • HCPC registration essential 
  • MSc in Occupational Psychology
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience working with neurodiversity in adults
  • Experience of using a range of cognitive assessment tools
  • Supervisory experience
  • BPS certificates in psychometric testing

Salary

The salary range on offer for this role is between £45,000 and £55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
