Role Outline

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Remote Case Manager within our Workplace Health Team

 

The ideal candidate for this role will provide services for our client working within company service level agreements, coaching their managers to enable employees to maintain in work or return to work. The Workplace Health Case Manager will work flexibly delivering the services to the client, with a combination of 20–45-minute appointments throughout the day.  You will work 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • To provide 45 minutes expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
  • Provide professional evidence based written reports, providing advice on adjustments and return to work.
  • Case coaching for line managers and referrers to help them manage their employee, or to submit a quality referral to help them to manage their employee’s attendance at work.
  • To process PPQs
  • To support the triage function of the Business Unit
  • Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH
  • To work as part of a team, supporting and offering clinical supervision where appropriate
  • To maintain valid and up to date registration with the NMC  and comply with guidelines in relation to professional issues, clinical supervision and continuous learning and development as a registered healthcare worker.

Salary

The salary for this position is £43,000 to £45,000 per annum FTE

Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
