Role Outline

 

Health Partners have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our collaborative, dynamic and multidisciplinary team, This is predominately a homebased role with flexible working onsite. 


As an Occupational Health Advisor, you'll make a tangible and lasting difference to people's lives every day. This is a full time position, where the successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


What you'll be doing:

 

  • Providing expert, evidence based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.  
  • Providing professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports  
  • Providing expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH 
  • Evaluating the results of medicals and surveillance provided, and ensuring that the correct advice in relation to fitness is communicated, escalating where clinically appropriate 
  • Committed to maintaining valid and up to date registration with the NMC and complying with NMC guidelines in relation to professional issues, clinical supervision and continuous learning and development as a registered nurse
