Role Outline

As a Neurodiversity coach you will help to facilitate and deliver 1:1 coaching sessions within timely manner. The coaching will be around workplace tasks and areas of difficulty related to a specific different neurotypes including Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyslexia. This could include a range of specific needs, for example, coping with anxiety and stressful situations, executive functioning, concentration, time management, prioritising workload and creating a suitable work-life balance.

 

This is a full time position, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Part time can be considered with a minimum of three days being required.

 

The role is homebased although some travel may be required throughout the UK.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Facilitating and delivering co-coaching sessions (with line manager and employee).
  • Creating and providing appropriate resources for the coachees to support their development through the coaching sessions.
  • Identifying and making suitable recommendations for appropriate accommodations that will make a lasting impact to the employee.
  • Updating of the database to ensure timely billing of strategy coaching sessions.

Salary

The salary for this role is up to £36K depending on experience.

Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA)
British Psychological Society (BPS) accreditation
