Role Outline

As a Neurodiversity Coach working within our dedicated Neurodiversity team, you will help to facilitate and deliver 1:1 coaching sessions to clients within a timely manner. The coaching will revolve around workplace tasks and areas of difficulty that clients are facing in their everyday work environments, relating to specific different neurodivergent conditions including Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and more. For example, you may be working closely with clients to help them with coping with anxiety and stressful situations, executive functioning, concentration, time management, prioritising workload and creating a suitable work-life balance.

 

This is a full time position, where the successful candidate will work 5 days a week (37.5 hours a week) between our core hours of 8am and 6pm (7.5 hours a day).

 

The role is home-based, although some travel may be required to client sites throughout the UK as and when required.

 

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Facilitating and delivering 1:1 coaching sessions to adults with a range of neurodivergent conditions. This could include coaching on a range of topics, for example executive functioning, concentration, time management, prioritising workload, emotional wellbeing, and creating a suitable work-life balance.
  • Facilitating and delivering co-coaching sessions (with line manager and employee).
  • Creating and providing appropriate resources for the coachees to support their development through the coaching sessions, for example recommending and delivering training on different Assistive Technologies.
  • Updating of the database to ensure timely billing of strategy coaching sessions.
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records, including case notes and reports, on the appropriate company system.
  • Maintaining high client satisfaction levels and positively contributing to the team's contracted KPI targets.

 

In addition, dependent on demand, you may be expected to deliver virtual workplace needs assessments, where you'll be identifying and making suitable recommendations for appropriate accommodations that will make a lasting impact to the employee, and writing follow up reports.

Salary

We are offering a salary of up to £38,000K for this role depending on qualifications and experience.
