Data Engineer

Role Outline
Health Partners is one of the UK’s leading providers of occupational health and wellbeing solutions, we work with organisations across a wide range of industries to support the physical and mental health of their employees.
We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, build and maintain data analysis services and reports.
Key Responsibilities
• The role will heavily involve working with business stakeholders to translate their needs into useful, action driven datasets and KPIs. A strong attention to detail is key.
The role will also involve working heavily with the engineering and product teams to understand the systems, business logic and roadmap to drive continuous improvement to the quality and accessibility of data.
• You will identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently, analyse data and present it through reports that can help drive corporate decision making.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and determine the timeline to accomplish tasks. Creating dashboards and visually interactive reports using PowerBI
• Understand business requirements in the context of re-usable MI and design data models to convert raw data into meaningful insights by documenting, design, and model solutions with the ability to discuss with non-technical teams.
What we are looking for
You will be talented individual, focussed on Microsoft technologies leveraging SQL Server, Fabric, PowerBI, Cosmos and 3rd party integrations to develop a robust data warehouse and data lake. You will work on data sources that stretch far and wide from internal systems to client integrations to leveraging artificial intelligence to analyse industry and healthcare trends.
We are looking for a talented individual to join the organisation and quickly understand the nuances in healthcare reporting and analytics.
Hours
This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours a day - Monday to Friday.
