Role Outline
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Operations Manager to join our team, the successful candidate will provide outstanding clinical leadership to our clinical staff and ensure that our services are delivered with the highest standard of clinical governance.
This is a homebased role with travel to sites when required, the position is for 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of clinical staff, ensuring they are well-trained, qualified, and motivated to deliver exceptional care to our customers.
- Maintain and enhance clinical governance within your contracts, ensuring alignment with the HP Clinical Governance Board's framework.
- Conduct regular clinical competency reviews, audit clinical work according to HP policy, and perform annual reviews and end of probation meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, Department of Health guidelines, Health & Safety legislation, and company accreditations such as SEQOHS.
- Accurately capture and manage data in line with contract requirements to facilitate the creation of Management Information (MI) reports, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Utilise Management Information to enhance the profile of our services, promote effective health surveillance, bolster customer relationships, and continuously improve our clinical service quality.
- Coordinate all clinical aspects of the contract renewal process, engaging with relevant resources to ensure seamless renewals and customer retention.
Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse
- OH qualification
- Previous management experience
- A healthcare professional with a relevant clinical qualification and managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of clinical professionals.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis, with an ability to utilise information to drive service improvement.
- Commitment to continuous professional development for oneself and the team.
- IT literate
