Role Outline

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Administrator to join our growing team. We're seeking a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast paced environment to manage the clinical resource, including the effective running of internal clinics and management of network assets.
You will be responsible for scheduling and managing the senior clinical teams diaries as well as managing our network teams including the sourcing of new clinicians and assessors as required and maintaining the database for the network clinicians, Physiotherapists and Workstation Assessors, ensuring appropriate accreditation checks are completed for the clinicians.
You will update the CMO or Deputy CMO with any feedback on the the network clinicians, highlighting any issues that need to be resolved. You will be responsible for supporting the on site clinics, managing stocks and ordering any kit or consumables.
Key Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will:
- Schedule and manage diaries for clinicians, including OHPs and OHAs.
- Source and manage network clinicians and assessors.
- Maintain and update databases for clinics, physiotherapists, and WSAs.
- Ensure accreditation checks are completed for clinicians.
- Gather feedback on clinics and escalate issues where necessary.
- Support logistical planning, including medical equipment and consumables.
- Manage clinical waste provision, vaccine ordering, and clinic operations.
- Liaise with Clinical Operations Managers to ensure staffing and resources are in place.
- Uphold company values and ensure compliance with policies and data protection laws..

Hours
This is a full time position (37.5 hours per week). Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 8am to 4.30pm, including a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
Location
This role is home based, therefore you will need to ensure you have a suitable space you can work from at home.

Salary
£24,000 per annum
