Role Outline

 

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinic Booking Administrator to join our administrative team. Working as part of the central functions team you will be used to working in a fast paced, agile environment where you will be responsible for the organisation and arranging of assigned vaccination clinics for our hospital sites.

 


What you'll be doing:

•    Arranging on-site vaccination clinics at multiple client sites.

•    Responsible for agreeing dates & times of clinics with client sites and clinicians or partners/ suppliers.

•    Ensuring process is followed to organise on-site clinics (this includes confirmation of a room booking, confirmation of pharmacy stock levels, making vaccine orders if required and sharing appointment lists with appropriate stakeholders).

•    Liaising with clients, their employees, internal staff and partners/ suppliers via email 

•    Appointment booking – using internal or external systems. 

•    Maintaining contact with client sites and clients to ensure they have up to date information regarding clinics due to take place. 

•    Completion of attendance information. 

•    Escalating issues/ feedback to relevant colleagues.

•    Working within company/client to ensure SLAs are met.
 

 

This role requires time management, teamwork, project completion, and project management abilities.

  • You must show incredible organisational skills, clear communication with their team, external contacts and management.
  • You must also be able to use initiative and problem solve on a daily basis.

 


This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day working between the hours of 08.30am – 5.30pm.

This is a fully remote position, offering a set salary of £24,000 per annum.

Salary

The set salary for this role is £24,000 per annum
