Role Outline

Our growing Client Services division is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

 

Reporting to the Client Services Director you'll manage a selection of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through honest and proactive communication. You will craft and execute strategic review plans that align with our clients' HR, Health & Safety and wellbeing goals, ensuring our occupational health services are contributing effectively to meet their objectives.  By reviewing and reporting on the services provided, you will actively develop initiatives that showcase best value and return on investment for our clients. You will oversee the seamless implementation of services for new clients and existing clients, co-ordinating clinical and operational resources alongside other department leads.

 

You will support the Business Development Team by providing insights on retender and renewal opportunities, and contribute to sophisticated evidence-based responses with proven results from contract delivery through reviewing and analysing client management information to spot trends and opportunities for service enhancement.

 

This is a full-time role, where the successful candidate will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid setting (homebased with travel to client sites).

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and reasoning skills
Ability to produce and analyse business management information
Ability to work unsupervised and liaise with and coordinate others
Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects on time
Strong problem-solving skills
Full UK driver’s licence (essential)
Experience in a health or wellbeing setting is desirable
Experience in managing B2B relationships

Salary
