Role Outline
We are seeking a diligent and organised Client Associate Administrator to join our dynamic Psych Health team.
As a Client Associate, you will be the backbone of our business, ensuring the smooth running of our psych health services. Your role is crucial in supporting our patients, clients, clinicians, and wider team through administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Booking and managing appointments for patients.
• Handling invoicing procedures and closing cases once complete.
• Conducting thorough reviews of cases, proactively chasing updates, and compiling necessary information.
• Reviewing and releasing confidential reports.
• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls utilising a cloud-based telephony system to clients, healthcare providers, and other third parties.
• Efficiently managing email correspondence and responding promptly to enquiries.
• Adhering to all company policies
This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the core hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.
This is a fully remote position, offering a set salary of £22,503 per annum.
This role is a Fixed term contract for up to 12 months.
