Role Outline

We are seeking a dynamic Client Engagement Director to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and subject matter experts.
- Take ownership of opportunities with both new and existing clients, crafting tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with operational teams to design and deliver winning service propositions.
- Shape bid responses by embedding a strategic ‘win’ approach.
- Deliver personalised client experiences, confidently handling follow-ups, presentations, and queries.
- Oversee new business acquisition, upselling, and rebid opportunities.
- Adopt a consultative approach to align client needs with tailored solutions.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and identify opportunities for service development.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Director with a proven track record in building strong client relationships, driving new business, upselling, and managing rebid opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, a consultative approach to understanding client needs, and the ability to craft tailored solutions. With strong commercial awareness, bid management expertise, and a collaborative mindset, you’ll work across teams to deliver winning strategies and exceptional client experiences. Ideally you will have previous experience in Occupational Health or Healthcare
Hours
The hours for this role are 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Location
This role is home based, therefore you will need to ensure you have a suitable space you can work from at home.
There maybe a requirement to travel to clients sites.

Salary
The salary for this role is competitive and dependent on qualifications and experience.
