As part of our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented, self-motivated, Business Development Director to join our successful team.  You will have a strong background in Occupational Health and related services, be articulate, presentable and have good influencing skills. Working as part of our successful team, you will identify new opportunities, work with our talented bid team and subject matter experts to provide winning responses to new business tenders.  You will be a good presenter using power point and be able to engage with clients  to resolve any queries.

Key Responsibilities

•    Development of prospect pipeline and pre engagement
•    Ownership and conversion of new business and upsell opportunities into new business
•    Work with relationship managers and clinical leads to successfully rebid existing clients, reflecting all the good work we have achieved with and for that client
•    Create a win strategy and reflect this in bid responses, setting our offer apart from the competitor crowd
•    Tenacious, organised and ability to respond positively to prospect and client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
•    Work with other successful team members and add value to our great team
•    Engagement with all stakeholders to ensure a winning bid is written and submitted 

What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly organised and articulate individual with a focus on building client/ prospect relationships and successfully selling new services.  Experience in occupational health is preferred, as is a commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent, and professional interactions that reflect the standards of the organisation.

Hours

This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. 37.5 hours a week, 7.5 hours a day.

 

Location

This role is working from home. Therefore, you need to have a suitable space to work from at your home address. The role will require travel and virtual meetings.

Salary

 

 

The salary for this role is competitive and dependent on qualifications and experience.
