Role Outline

Are you an experienced Bid Manager with a proven track record of winning bids? Do you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment? Health Partners Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bid Manager/Writer to join our team. Your expertise in managing the end-to-end bid process and crafting compelling proposals will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth.

Taking full responsibility for managing bids from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely delivery and working to the highest quality standards by developing strong, persuasive responses to bid questions to achieve maximum scores based on tenderers' criteria. You will make informed bid/no bid decisions through a detailed analysis of tender requirements. Working closely with bid Directors and subject matter experts to ensure the highest quality of responses, adhering to proposal-writing standards, ensuring readability, consistency, and tone are inline with our quality standards.  You will be Writing, reviewing and approving bids before submission aligning with the agreed ‘win strategy’. You will review and update boilerplate responses, case studies, and other tender collateral, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a market-leading library of supporting

You will have a prove experience as a Bid Manager with a strong record of successful bids, you’ll be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.  Have exceptional writing skills, with the ability to produce succinct, high-scoring responses. Additionally, you will have strong organisational and project management abilities, with a knack for prioritising under tight deadlines. You will be excellent communicator, capable of engaging and aligning with stakeholders across various levels.

Skills

Evidence of excellence in producing high scoring written content for competitive bids with a focus on detail and grammar
Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects on time
Ability to work collaboratively with the business development team and other internal experts to ensure “win strategy” solution is always captured
IT competency and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams

Education & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
Diploma in Business
