Role Outline

As Health Partners Group continues to go from strength to strength, our Finance team continues to grow. As such, we are looking for a Credit Controller to join the department, working on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis.

This role is full time, where the successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with flexibility between our core hours of 8am-6pm.

The role is based at our Brighton office. Hybrid working may be considered.

 

As a Finance Assistant in the Credit Control department, you will play a key role in supporting our credit control team with the management of debtor accounts, ensuring timely payments and minimising financial risk to the company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, following up on outstanding invoices, and providing administrative support to the credit control function.

 

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Raising invoices, credit notes and issuing statements.
  • Dealing with multi-invoices for large clients with multiple divisions.
  • Understanding different client contracts and ensuring that clients are billed in accordance with the contract.
  • Liaising with other teams and account managers to ensure smooth workflow across all areas and to provide assistance where necessary.
  • Entering, reconciling and posting cash receipts into the appropriate financial system daily.
  • Conducting research on account payments received and contacting customers accordingly, including suspense accounts.
  • Responding to questions and issues relating to Accountant Receivable.
  • Printing daily invoices, monthly statements and ad hoc copy invoice requests.
  • Processing customer billing and responding to customer requests, and updating balances in the accounting system.

Salary

The salary for this role is between £25K and £27K per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
