Role Outline

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and organised Mobile Services Coordinator to join our team at Health Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Mobile Services Manager in ensuring effective operation of our mobile services team.

This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 

This is a hybrid position with a mixture of being based in our office in Solihull & remote working.

 

 

What you will be doing:

Managerial support 

  • Logistical planning of Medical Mobile Unit (MMU) visits
  • Field technical queries arising from OHTs, MCS team and clients where appropriate, in conjunction with Mobile Services Manager
  • Support Planning and Implementation Lead with implementation of smaller clients, to include reviewing of data supplied, proposing service plans and supporting systems setup
  • Providing guidance as needed to Mobile Client Services (MCS) team on resource planning
  • Act as ‘independent reviewer’ to assess and determine appropriate way forward where internal conflicts may arise (e.g. schedule start/finish times; client priorities etc)
  • Investigate and report on any vehicle incidents, obtaining statements and supporting evidence, and report to Mobile Services Manager
  • Work with Training and Governance lead to maintain our company wide asset calibration recording and reminder schedule, in accordance with our SEQOHS accreditation

 

Training / Development 

  • Assist with Whitespace and Gateway training for new technicians and members of the Mobile Client Services
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly team meeting and maintain record of attendance

 

Operational support 

  • Regularly review resource scheduling to ensure optimisation of resources and avoidance of unnecessary travel
  • Work with Key Stakeholders within the business to advise on MMU availability and manage ad-hoc requests
  • Liaise with MCS and OHT teams to monitor and maintain stock levels in accordance with operational need
  • Monitor and organise equipment calibration and PAT testing of electrical cables within the timeframes required
  • Receive, log and prioritise reported vehicle issues and arrange resolution in an appropriate timeframe
  • Coordinate and record periodic service, MOT and electrical safety testing of MMU’s
  • Maintain own clinical competencies and provide onsite FFW and HS service delivery throughout the UK where appropriate to cover unplanned or short notice absences, or at times of peak demand

Remote Working Disclaimer

Skills

Experience in delivering health surveillance and fitness for work assessments on-site
Sound knowledge of occupational health, with in-depth understanding of health surveillance and fitness for work requirements
Proven ability to document, review, critique and improve processes and procedures
Experience of Whitespace planning and scheduling tool
IT competency and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams

Education & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
Diploma

Salary

The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum
