Role Outline

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and organised Mobile Services Coordinator, with experience in asset management and stock control to join our team at Health Partners. This role is critical in ensuring our Mobile Services Team operates efficiently by maintaining stock levels, organising repairs, and overseeing asset management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with suppliers.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours a day), Monday - Friday. 

This is a hybrid position with a mixture of being based in our office in Solihull & remote working. You will need to attend the office three days a week.

Equipment:

• Maintain and update the asset management system, ensuring all records are accurate and align with business standards.

• Manage equipment stock levels to support uninterrupted service and smooth onboarding of new technicians.

• Plan and coordinate equipment calibration throughout the year in a cost-effective and timely manner.

• Organise repairs and maintenance of existing equipment.

• Work alongside the Training Lead to fully stock and prepare Mobile Medical Units for new technicians.

• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for equipment and consumables.

• Monitor and schedule PAT testing and equipment calibration to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Track and manage the life cycle of assets, identifying when replacements or upgrades are needed.

Consumables

• Maintain and improve stock management systems to ensure the continuous availability of consumables.

• Fulfil stock requests from technicians across the UK efficiently.

• Handle ad hoc consumable requests from various departments within the business.

• Ensure the stockroom is well-organized, with accurate inventory levels and timely replenishments.

• Conduct regular stock audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Fleet

• Assist the Planning and Logistics Associate in coordinating repairs for our Mobile Medical Units.

• Support the Planning and Logistics Associate with maintaining accurate fleet records and documentation.

• Support with the ad hoc movement of mobile units as required.

• Use our tracking system to assist with queries and reporting on vehicle activity.

Skills

Experience in delivering health surveillance and fitness for work assessments on-site
Sound knowledge of occupational health, with in-depth understanding of health surveillance and fitness for work requirements
Proven ability to document, review, critique and improve processes and procedures
Experience of Whitespace planning and scheduling tool
IT competency and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams

Education & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
Diploma

The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum
