Role Outline

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and organised Mobile Services Coordinator, with experience in asset management and stock control to join our team at Health Partners. This role is critical in ensuring our Mobile Services Team operates efficiently by maintaining stock levels, organising repairs, and overseeing asset management.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment
- Maintain and update the asset management system, ensuring records are accurate and align with business standards.
- Manage equipment stock levels to support uninterrupted service and onboarding of new technicians.
- Plan and coordinate cost-effective and timely equipment calibration throughout the year.
- Organise the repair and maintenance of existing equipment.
- Work with the Training Lead to fully stock and prepare Mobile Medical Units for new technicians.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for equipment and consumables.
- Monitor and schedule PAT testing and equipment calibration to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Track and manage the life cycle of assets, identifying when replacements or upgrades are required.
Consumables
- Maintain and improve stock management systems to ensure continuous availability of consumables.
- Fulfil stock requests from technicians across the UK efficiently and accurately.
- Handle ad hoc consumable requests from various departments within the business.
- Ensure the stockroom is well-organised, with accurate inventory levels and timely replenishments.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Fleet
- Assist the Planning and Logistics Associate in coordinating repairs for Mobile Medical Units.
- Support the Planning and Logistics Associate in maintaining accurate fleet records and documentation.
- Assist with the ad hoc movement of Mobile Medical Units as required.
- Use the tracking system to respond to queries and generate reports on vehicle activity.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our equipment, consumables, and fleet operations run smoothly, supporting our technicians and wider business needs. To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-driven mindset. You will have a proven track record in asset and stock management, as well as experience liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve cost-effective and timely outcomes.
Salary
The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum
