About Health Partners
Health Partners is one of the UK’s leading Occupational Health organisations, supporting the health and wellbeing of over 2.5 million employees across the UK workforce.
Psych Health, part of the Health Partners group, is one of the leading providers of psychological services to the workplace sector. Established in 2008, and proud to still be a clinically led organisation, we place our clinical work and the quality of it at the heart of everything we do.
Working across a varied and rapidly expanding client base including employers, insurers and Occupational Health providers, we provide high quality psychological assessment and therapy across a diverse range of sectors.
At Psych Health, we believe that excellence in clinical care is achieved by supporting our clinicians to do what they do best. We are passionate about helping people get better, stay better and live better and by creating a truly nurturing culture not only are our clinicians able to grow, develop and thrive but our patients benefit from our ongoing commitment to improve patient outcomes.
As part of our mission to be known as the highest quality and most innovative mental health service in the UK, led by a growing team of dedicated clinicians, we have exciting opportunities for Clinical and Counselling Psychologists to join our teams based at our client Jaguar Land Rover's sites based in Gaydon and Wolverhampton.
We are able to offer hybrid work arrangements (with a minimum of one day on-site on either a Monday or Tuesday at Gaydon or Monday to Thursday at Wolverhampton). We can offer contracts on either a part-time (minimum 2 days per week) or full-time (37.5 hours) basis.
Jaguar Land Rover
Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) have begun introducing on-site 'Centres for Wellbeing' (CfW) at 6 of their UK sites. The CfWs will provide a 'one-stop-shop' for reactive and preventative support for their employees covering three Wellbeing Pillars: MIND, BODY and LIFE.
The CfWs aim is to minimise employee illness, injury, and absence, whilst also working hard to restore function, both physical and psychological, after injury or illness. These services augment and work alongside the current OH referral process.
Psych Health are the chosen provider to support the introduction and ongoing management of the MIND Pillar across these new CfWs, presenting unique opportunities to be involved with this ground-breaking project from its inception. Not only will you be providing the highest levels of patient care for people in need of mental health support, you will also get the opportunity to work collaboratively with other equally passionate healthcare professionals from the BODY and LIFE Pillars.
