Role Outline
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisors / Remote Case Managers to join our busy Occupational Health Team. You will be dedicated to one client where this position plays a pivotal role in the health and wellbeing of many employees across our clients sites. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, supporting employees with their health concerns, and facilitating effective case management remotely.
You will conduct remote health assessments and provide advice and recommendations on work capability, managing a case load of employees and delivering telephone consultation to assess their health needs and advise on appropriate support. You will develop and implement return to work plans in collaboration with employees, employers, and healthcare professionals and provide expert guidance on workplace adjustments, health surveillance, and health promotion initiatives. You will maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with professional standards and GDPR regulations.

You'll work from home but will always be part of an experienced team that work on a diverse range of cases; no two days are the same. Undertaking case management over the phone, you will be provided with our bespoke IT software to produce high quality management advice reports.
To join our friendly team you will:
• Be a qualified Registered General Nurse, with experience working in a similar role in Occupational Health.
• Ideally you will have a diploma or degree in Occupational Health.
• Previous experience of Travel Health
• Experience in a commercial occupational health setting.
• Proven experience in case management and are confident in your ability to complete a daily caseload.
• Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
• Registration with NMC part 1
• Be proficient in the use of IT systems and writing reports.
