We are seeking a pro-active Health and Wellbeing Services Manager to oversee the design, delivery, and management of our onsite Wellbeing Services. In this vital role, you will ensure our services meet best practice standards while working closely with our client to achieve their objectives. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary representative of Health Partners, acting as the face of onsite Health and Wellbeing service.

Oversee and manage communications through Wellbeing Teams channels and other marketing internal channels to promote the onsite programme.

Take responsibility for the creation and implementation of the agreed annual wellbeing delivery plan.

Lead the design, development, and publication of the quarterly Health and Wellbeing newsletters to promote the services to employees and key stakeholders

Promote, market, and facilitate the wellbeing services and campaigns effectively.

Engage and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs, wellbeing objectives, and drive wellbeing initiatives.

Participate in key meetings and employee forums where health and wellbeing are core discussion points.

Work with the client to understand programme requirements and align them to wellbeing best practice in the business.

Deliver educational sessions within the area of expertise and competence.

Provide line management duties (sickness absence, performance etc) for the onsite Wellbeing Physiologist.

Support and promote the services delivered by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) supplier.

Be proactive with ideas based on macro wellbeing trends and client specific data.

Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness and engagement.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to demonstrate service delivery and impact.

Stay current with industry trends, research, innovation, and best practice.

Act within the boundaries set out by the company’s policies to ensure sensitive personal information is protected as required by law, regulatory bodies, ethics and best practice.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a passionate and driven professional who is qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in Sports Science, Health Science, Exercise Physiology, or Psychology. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a health and wellbeing role, with a solid understanding of workplace wellness, wellbeing strategy design, and best practice interventions. You’ll demonstrate a strong sense of professional accountability within the scope of your practice and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build trust and rapport with others.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and passionate about improving individuals’ health and wellbeing, with experience in developing and implementing onsite wellbeing services. An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights are essential, along with a genuine commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Hours

 

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours a week. Monday to Friday, 7.5 hour days with flexibility between our core hours of 8am and 6pm.

Location

The role is primarily based across two sites at our client location in Milton Keynes, which are conveniently just a ten-minute walk apart. Both sites offer parking facilities. Additionally, there is the option to work from home one day every fortnight, with specific days to be agreed upon with the hiring manager.

Salary

The salary for this role is competetive depending on experience and qualifications.
