As an Occupational Health Technician, you'll play a vital role in promoting a culture of health, safety and wellbeing, ensuring our clients’ employees are fit, healthy, and ready to thrive in their roles. Whether it’s assessing fitness to work or providing health and wellbeing advice, you’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team at the UK’s busiest Airport. Key Responsibilities
- As an OHT here at Health Partners Group, you will deliver a variety of key services, including:
- Safety Critical Assessments
- Airside Driver Assessments
- Confined Space Assessments
- Drug and Alcohol testing
- Wellbeing Assessments
- Health promotion, advice, and education
- Offer professional advice, support, and guidance
- Evaluate individuals' fitness to work for specific job roles
What we are looking for
As a lone working role, the candidate must be able work proactively under their own initiative and solution challenges within the appropriate frameworks.
Qualifications / Experience: We are looking for an individual with a suitable background for this role, such as Health Care Assistant, Fitness Instructor, Ambulance EMT, Military Medic, or Offshore Medic. Previous Occupational Health experience is desirable but not essential. Experience of delivering Medical or Wellbeing Assessments would be advantageous.
Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, strong IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, and database systems), and the ability to work collaboratively within a wider remote team.
Attitude: A positive, adaptable mindset, paired with a passion for learning and delivering an exceptional service
Hours
This is a full-time role where the successful applicant will work 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of 3pm - 11pm, Monday to Friday. Transport back to your vehicle or public transport hub car at the end of your shift will be provided.
Location
This is an onsite role, working at our client site, at Heathrow Airport.

We are offering a competitive salary for this role, dependent on qualifications and experience, alongside our regularly reviewed company benefits package.
