Role Outline

We are looking for a skilled Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader with a solid track record in line management. In this role, you will oversee a small multidisciplinary clinical team of 9, ensuring the delivery of exceptional occupational health and minor treatment services while meeting contractual obligations and fostering a positive team culture. You will be working across several sites in Acton, all of which are easily accessible via SCS Railways, with travel costs covered across all London zones. To be considered for this role, you must have Occupational Health experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a clinical team, including nurses and technicians.
- Deliver OH services and minor treatment as the clinical lead.
- Conduct recruitment, inductions, and regular competency reviews.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites and attend site operations meetings.
- Present monthly MI and KPI data to commercial and operational teams.
- Coordinate workplace wellbeing initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
We require a Registered General Nurse with SCPHN and Part 3 NMC registration. Leadership experience in a multidisciplinary OH team is essential, with desirable experience in A&E, case management, administering vaccinations, and mentoring OH students. Strong communication, time management, IT literacy, and knowledge of OH legislation are key.
Hours & Location
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm).
Hybrid: 3 days on-site in Acton, 2 days remote.
Salary
The salary for this role is competitive and dependent on qualifications and experience.
