Role Outline
Health Partners have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our collaborative, dynamic and multidisciplinary team.
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you'll make a tangible and lasting difference to people's lives every day. This role requires you to be onsite two days a week at our clients site in Derby, you can then work additional days remotely. We are able to consider full or part time (min 3 days a week) hours for this role.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing expert, evidence based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
- Providing professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports
- Providing expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH
- Providing fitness medicals and health surveillance where required that meet best practice requirements and in line with Health Partners’ policies and protocols
- Evaluating the results of medicals and surveillance provided, and ensuring that the correct advice in relation to fitness is communicated, escalating where clinically appropriate
- Committed to maintaining valid and up to date registration with the NMC and complying with NMC guidelines in relation to professional issues, clinical supervision and continuous learning and development as a registered nurse.

Salary
The salary for this positoin is £40,000 to £42,500 depending on experience.
