Role Outline
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week on rotating shifts. These shifts will be 8am - 4pm / 4pm - 12pm / 12pm - 8am.
The role will be based on site at Hinkley Point C.
- To support the Occupational Health (OH) Clinical Team by performing all aspects of Administration work required to ensure successful running of the OH service.
- You will be responsible for co-ordinating and maintaining the diaries for the clinical staff.
- Assist with the production of OH monthly reports and statistics and also assist with auditing the system.
- You will order any required consumables and manage stock levels, take telephone messages and carry out general reception duties.
- Taking meeting notes and producing minutes e.g. OH Team Management Meeting
- General admin including the uploading of clinical notes
- Maintenance of own computer files and emails
- Use of multiple databases and internet systems for recording of stats
