Role Outline
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing a rolling plan for Health Surveillance, ensuring high attendance and compliance while enhancing the employee experience. Your role will be pivotal in managing the delivery of contracted services, liaising with key customer contacts, and maintaining excellent client relationships. This role will be predominately based at our clients site at Barrow in Furness, there maybe some home working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a dynamic plan for Health Surveillance, driving attendance, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
- Manage the delivery of contracted services efficiently, escalating issues as required to ensure resolution.
- Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly Operational review meetings with key customer contacts, contributing to the health, safety, and wellbeing strategy.
- Oversee staff rotas and availability, ensuring service demands are met at all times through effective trend analysis and forecasting.
- Achieve key deliverables such as health surveillance compliance and service line SLAs.
- Review resource utilisation and initiate strategies to demonstrate value and ROI for our clients.
- Foster a risk-informed and well-prepared service delivery in partnership with clients, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic review plans aligning occupational health and wellbeing services.
- Analyse client management information to identify trends and enhance service delivery; ensure robust reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Team to develop and improve policies, procedures, and protocols, maintaining high service quality and continuous improvement.
- Support clinical and administrative teams with significant service delivery changes or contractual issues.
Salary
The salary for this role is £45,000 to £47,000 per annum depending on experience.
